1.  Make a $26 payment through PayPal.

First, click on the PayPal button below, make a payment for the disc and get the confirmation number for your payment.  Then fill out the form below and include your mailing address, the name of the video you are ordering and the confirmation number you received from PayPal.  If you have questions about how to order your disc, please contact us.

 

 

    2.  Send order information for your disc.
